What is the Return Policy?
Our endeavor is to provide the best customer service every time you purchase from us. However if you are not fully satisfied with what you ordered, you can return unopened item(s) in their original packing within 7 days of delivery. Kindly send an email to requesting for return within 7 days of delivery. We will ensure you to get a quick resolution.

We understand that the following can be reasons for return:

  • Damaged Book(s);
  • Defective Book(s);
  • Book(s) Not as Described.

Returns received for the mentioned reasons will be replaced with same products with no extra cost. Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund. Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be covered under our return policy.

On a valid cancellation and refund request, we will refund you the amount deducting our original delivery charges amount subject to your making availability the bank account details for transfer the funds.

The typical scenario for processing a refund may vary from 3 to 21 working days, depending on the issuing bank/payment processor to pass credit for the said refund.
